Five things I do for fun // Daily Prompt

I have been slacking with my writing this month, I am running out of excuses as to why I haven’t written much but the main one has simply just been sheer exhaustion. I usually write in the evening after working when everyone has gone to bed and I am finally sat down but all I have been doing in my evenings has been lazing watching youtube.

So like always I look through some of the prompts to see if there is anything I can spark some brain cells into action and this one came up so I wanted to share with you Five things i do for fun.

• Gaming – I love a bit of gaming, I dont do it as much as I like to as usually I want to zone out in the evenings with a film but on occasion I will sit down and enjoy a game, I have a switch as well as an Xbox which I have been reloving Skyrim and on my switch I have been tending to my farm in Stardew Valley.
• Going for a walk – Walking is my favorite form of exercise, I am happy to walk whereever and have been walking home from my work a few times this month (weather permitting) I like just letting my feet take me where they want to go, I pop my watch onto a tracked exercise and off I go.
• Photography – While I havent done much of this these few weeks I do love my photography, I try and take my camera with me to places I visit and I am looking into getting a small digital camera to take along with me as well as sometimes carrying about my DLSR is a little bulky, I share some of the things I snap on my Sightings from series, which I have slacked a bit but I just havent had the time to get out and take photos as much as I normally do.
• Doing Nothing – I love just not having to do anything or go anywhere, I am such a home body, I prefer to be at home in my own space with myself and just relax with the cat.
• Watching live music – There is something just magical about live music, Neil and I often visit the local pub and watch bands play, our favourite is The Revivials who are simply fantastic and then during the summer months we all went to watch a concert in the local park.

There are other things that I do enjoy but I feel those are the five things that I do for fun regularly
