Welcome to another instalment of Sightings From.. A series that I showcase some of the photos that I love and allowing me to experiment and expand on my photography during the previous month. Last month I shared with you Sightings from July and obviously we are now at the end of August its time to share with some shots that I took over the summer holiday month.
From stunning sunsets, cornfields and a local band rocking out at the pub, it has been one amazing month. we went away to Lincolnshire twice, took our annual trip to Mersea with my mum, picked plenty of strawberries and enjoyed all the sights and sounds that come from the summer holidays, Its always so difficult to choose what pictures to highlight on my monthly round up, sometimes I take so many wonderful photos (not to toot my own horn) but I managed to get it down to a select few.
As I’ve said before Photography is the one outlet that I feel most comfortable in, Since getting my first Nikon I have snapped away whenever I can, sadly sometimes my anxiety can get the better of me but I put on my brave face this time and, while accidently, took my camera to the pub and photographed the band playing. I have wanted to do this for a long time and I am so glad I did.
Its defiantly coming again next time..
It is sad to see it go but with August leaving us behind we enter into the ‘Ber’ months and autumn isn’t too far behind, and lets be honest, Autumn is by far the better months of the year.
